At Jimmy Lion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original, unworn socks with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
